Donations:
As Celebration Christian Church (the "Church") is a registered Canadian charity, it is obligated to follow the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to maintain its charitable status. The CRA defines a gift as a transfer of ownership of money or property from a donor to a charity. Once the transfer is made, the charity is obliged to use the gift to carry out its charitable purposes. Therefore, all donations to support the ministry of the Church are non-refundable. If a specific ministry is designated by the donor and the need of the ministry has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason, the Church will allocate the donation to where it is needed most.
Specific events, such as conferences, camp or concerts:
Refunds for specific events are determined according to the nature of the event (such as conferences, camp, and concerts). Please contact us to explain your situation and request for refund.
Goods purchased:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on goods unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us (email is preferred) with details of the product and the defect.
